Complete form and include a copy of proof of purchase or sales invoice along with product. Upon receipt Big Shine Energy will repair or replace the item. Big Shine Energy will provide return shipping of the repaired or replaced item to the customer or dealer. Big Shine Energy is not responsible for shipping charges to return an item to our facility. Our repair warranty is good for one year after service. Certain packages will need to be packed properly for receipt – Items that were not packaged correctly and damaged during shipping will not be under warranty. We will provide pictures for any damaged shipment.
