Big Shine Worldwide, Inc. was founded in 1989 as a technology company in South Korea, focusing on semiconductors. A leader turning innovation into value through its groundbreaking technology, Big Shine Worldwide then transitioned into the automation industry, supplying semiconductors, such as flash memory, linear integrated circuits, and radio frequency communication products, to top electronics companies including LG and Samsung.

Just as semiconductors have evolved and are now an integral part of today's technology, we leverage our semiconductor foundation and expertise to provide customers with the highest energy-efficiency and clean energy technology for the modern age. In 1994, Big Shine Worldwide began manufacturing solar PV modules. In 2007, Big Shine Worldwide took its semiconductor technology one step further by launching its production in the LED industry with the establishment of Big Shine LED, with products branded as such. Big Shine Energy was created shortly thereafter to provide turnkey service to end-users.

Since then, Big Shine Energy has positioned itself as an energy efficiency company with a unique turnkey solution. It provides a complete suite of energy efficiency and energy management solutions including LED lighting and controls, HVAC, solar photovoltaic systems, building management systems, and electric vehicle charging stations. Big Shine Energy continues to help some of the top companies in the United States and around the world achieve their sustainability goals.

We aim to achieve a sustainable future where technology does not hinder humanity but considers the well-being of all peoples. With reducing energy consumption at our core business level we plan to reduce over 120,000 tons of carbon dioxide by 2025. This is equivalent to 112,489,324 pounds of coal. Our environmental effort began in the North East of the United States and rapidly increased throughout various states throughout the nation and soon worldwide. This is due to our unceasing commitment to humanity and a better environment for our future generations. In 1989, Big Shine Worldwide, Inc. began as a technology company in South Korea with a focus on semiconductors. A leader turning innovation into value through its groundbreaking technology, Big Shine Worldwide then transitioned into the automation industry, supplying semiconductors, such as flash memory, linear integrated circuits, and radio frequency communication products.

In 2007, Big Shine Worldwide, Inc. took its semiconductor technology one step further by launching its production in the LED industry with the establishment of Big Shine LED (BSL). Big Shine Energy was created as a subdivision of BSL shortly after.

Since then, Big Shine Energy has positioned itself as an energy conservation company with a unique turnkey solution providing LED lighting and energy-efficient HVAC services to some of the top companies in the United States and around the world.

According to the US Department of Energy, LED lighting has the potential to reduce lighting energy use in the U.S. by a quarter. Light emitting diodes are more than ten times as eﬃcient as incandescent lighting.
